What moves the price

Where the money goes.

01

Moving things

Keeping the WC and waste where they are is the single biggest saving. Moving the soil pipe adds time and cost.

02

Tile coverage

Full-height tiling looks incredible but roughly doubles tiling time. Feature walls are a smart middle ground.

03

Concealed fittings

Hidden cisterns and built-in valves need stud walls and access panels, but they transform how clean a room looks.

04

What’s underneath

Rotten joists or old lead pipework can surface on strip-out. We check on the design visit and price for it up front.
